He turns to see her half-naked body lying in the bed. A smile of achievement comes all over his face. “Her curves are so very perfect, a master creation by a painter with his brush. This master piece needs much more admiration”, he thinks as he decides to join her again in the bed.
“What do you want from me”, her voice sounded unemotional, harsh and rough. But then, she was always like that – harsh and rude.
“I don’t want anything? And I have told you this several times. I just want to know why are so insensitive or trying to be? Why are you always ‘I just love myself’ kind of?” I said candidly.
It was just a thought, definitely not a colored one. Do thoughts really have colors? Does anyone really care about the colors of thought? For me, colors of the thoughts hardly mattered, as long as they are just thoughts with no shades of reality.
“Papa, Rajesh again pulled my hair” my 7 yr old son said showing his helplessness.
“Why didn’t you stopped him” I said in a understanding tone.
“I was ready to give you everything, anything that you wanted. But no, you don’t want it. But then you say want me. I don’t understand this at all?” she said in frustration
I looked at her with surprise and said “You think I am after physical relations?”
“What are you saying? I thought you are my friend …. Just friend?” She shouted
I looked at her eyes, and calmly said “Ask yourself the question – Am I really just a friend?”
“What is there to ask, of course you are my friend” she said
Shiela was shocked. What is he saying? She was not expecting such a statement from him. She couldn’t say anything for few moments. But, then asked “What are you saying? What I don’t understand? What’s happening here?”
